Getting Started

Hello and welcome to our Getting Started page. We look forward to working with you and assisting you in selling your home.  Before we get started with the official "listing paperwork," first we have a questionnaire that will need to be filled out and emailed back to us (questionnaire download).  We will review it and get in contact with you within 3 hours and introduce ourselves and how we can help you.  If you are a candidate for a short sale, we will need to collect from you items that the bank(s) will require.  Please click here to download the checklist that details the information your bank will need from you prior to taking your listing. The list may look a little long and possibly overwhelming, but it only takes most of our clients 60-90 minutes to package everything together.

Over half of the list is just documents that require your signature. The quicker you package everything together and get it back to us, the sooner we can move forward in the process.  Please complete the entire short sale package before emailing or faxing it to us.  Visiting our FAQ page will answer most of the questions you may have.
