welcomes your Short Sale referrals. We
consider it a privilege to work with your
clients and handle them with the best of
care. With our success rate of just over
80%, and the average Realtor's success rate
of 30%, we are closing 50% more than the real estate agents in today’s market. All of our negotiation is done in house, we will not send our files out to a 3rd party Negotiation Company. We closely manage and work all short sale referrals like they are our own. We’ve built a solid real estate business model on referrals.
Due to the additional time and effort that
are put into our Short Sale transactions, we
have set up a special referral compensation
structure for our Short Sale referrals.
Referral fees are paid based on the sales
price of the home. Give us a call if you are
